On the afternoon of November 7, Children's Hospital 1 in Ho Chi Minh City received a case of serious multiple trauma.
Initial information, the patient is a 13-year-old male student, fell from the 3rd floor of the school. The child stopped breathing at the scene, the emergency team performed a tracheostomy on the spot and then transferred to Children's Hospital 1.

At the time of admission, the patient was in shock, comatose, cyanotic, and had severe multiple injuries. Paraclinical results showed that the child had lung contusions, pulmonary hemorrhage, kidney damage, and no head hematoma or cervical spine injury.
The team immediately treated the patient on the spot, the patient was put on a ventilator, had a chest drain, and maintained hemodynamics. Currently, the doctors are holding a hospital-wide consultation to come up with the most appropriate and effective treatment plan.
