Accordingly, recently, some links advertising the Niteworks® health supplement product have violated the law on food advertising.

Recently, many health supplements have been flagged for advertising content that violates legal regulations (Illustrative image).

Advertisements that do not conform to the issued advertising content approval certificate; using images of doctors, pharmacists, medical equipment, or misleading advertisements that suggest the product has medicinal effects.

According to the Food Safety Administration, the Niteworks® health supplement is registered and its advertising content confirmed by Herbalife Vietnam Co., Ltd. (headquarters address: 26 Tran Cao Van Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City).

During a meeting with the Food Safety Department, representatives from Herbalife Vietnam Co., Ltd. affirmed that they do not advertise and have not authorized any organization or individual to advertise the Niteworks® health supplement on the aforementioned websites.

The Food Safety Department is coordinating with relevant authorities to verify and handle the matter according to current regulations. The results of the handling will be publicly announced on the Department's website at https://vfa.gov.vn/ and on the health information portal at https://congkhaiyte.moh.gov.vn/.

While the authorities are handling the case, the Food Safety Department advises consumers not to rely on the infringing advertising content when deciding to purchase and use products from the aforementioned link, as it may pose risks to their health and finances .
