On the morning of December 19th, five large-scale projects and constructions across the province, significant in celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, will be simultaneously inaugurated, completed, and opened for technical traffic.

Live television broadcast from the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cam Ranh Bay waterfront urban area project (North Cam Ranh ward).

These are the projects: Cam Ranh Bay Coastal Urban Area Project (registered for commencement), invested by the joint venture of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, Cam Ranh Investment Joint Stock Company, and VinES Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company; Van Thang Resettlement Area Project - Phase 1 (registered for commencement), invested by the Provincial Development Project Management Board; Phuoc Thai 2 Solar Power Plant Project (registered for inauguration), invested by Vietnam Electricity Group; Component 1 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1 (registered for technical opening); Song Cho 1 Reservoir Project, invested by Project Management Board 7 ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ) (registered for inauguration).

This is a prominent political event, organized in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation, connecting a central hub in Dong Nai province and numerous other locations nationwide. Within the framework of the event, the groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical opening ceremonies for four projects organized by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will be broadcast live on KTV and the social media platforms of Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio and Television, including: the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cam Ranh Bay Coastal Urban Area Project; the inauguration of the Phuoc Thai 2 Solar Power Plant Project; the technical opening of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Project (Phase 1); and the groundbreaking ceremony for the Van Thang Resettlement Area Project.
