Creativity in work

- With unwavering faith in the Party, many union members and workers in the province have consistently strived to contribute, demonstrating creativity and achieving high efficiency in labor and production, thus becoming exemplary Party members.

The province currently has 147 grassroots trade unions in various types of enterprises with a total of 1,180 Party members. The Trade Union organization always prioritizes the work of political and ideological propaganda and education, disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations among workers, in conjunction with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; organizing patriotic emulation movements, and creating an environment for union members to strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

At the same time, Resolution No. 17 of the Tuyen Quang Trade Union Congress, for the 2023-2028 term, sets an average annual target of at least one outstanding trade union member each grassroots trade union introduces to the Party for consideration and admission. Trade unions at all levels consistently promote propaganda and mobilization efforts, creating a shift in the awareness and actions of cadres, Party members, and business owners regarding the development of union membership and the establishment of grassroots trade unions, thereby creating favorable conditions for the establishment of Party organizations and the development of Party members in non-state enterprises.

The leaders of the Provincial Labor Union presented Certificates of Commendation from the Provincial Labor Union to outstanding workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In order to recognize and honor exemplary workers, create strong motivation for workers to continue the glorious tradition of the working class, continue to compete in labor and production, contribute to the socio -economic development of the province and contribute to promoting industrialization and modernization of the country, the Provincial Labor Union recently organized a conference to commend 50 exemplary workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam and have achieved outstanding results in labor, production and work during the period 2022 - 2025.

As one of the 50 workers honored at the conference, Mr. Tran Duc Tap, a worker at the Equipment Management and Repair Workshop of Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Company Limited, happily said: “My job is to repair, maintain, and service the machinery and equipment of the steel smelting plant. I always comply with the company's regulations and rules, as well as occupational safety and hygiene regulations. In particular, I always maintain and service the machinery and equipment in the workshop on time and according to technical procedures.”

During my work, I ensured absolute safety, with no workplace accidents occurring, and always maintained a spirit of support and assistance to my colleagues. I am very happy to be recognized at this conference. This is a source of pride and motivation for me to strive to learn more, improve my professional skills and expertise, increase productivity and efficiency, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the enterprise.”

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ut, Team Leader of Part II, Factory, Tan Trao Tea Joint Stock Company (Son Duong), always strives to excel in her work and enthusiastically participates in activities and movements. In May 2001, she had the honor of joining the Party.

Ms. Ut shared: “As a direct producer and also a Party member, I always strive to be a role model in complying with company regulations. To successfully complete assigned tasks and ensure production plans and schedules, I have many initiatives in my professional field of tea processing, such as: applying software to manage and monitor the procurement of fresh tea leaves; a conveyor belt system for transporting dried tea; and ensuring food safety and hygiene conditions in tea processing…”

My initiatives are applied to the production of clean and safe tea according to Rainforest standards for public health, helping to save costs, improve productivity and product quality, and bring high economic efficiency.”

Deeply aware of the significance and importance of Party development and membership within enterprises, from 2022 to the present, trade unions at all levels have recommended nearly 3,800 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and training for Party membership, including 158 outstanding members from various types of enterprises. In 2024 alone, grassroots trade unions recommended 1,050 outstanding union members for Party organizations to consider, train, and admit 750 into the Party.

These exemplary worker-party members spread the flame of enthusiasm and faith, affirming the proud leadership role of party members in every construction site and factory. They demonstrate a sense of responsibility and a desire to contribute, participating in building a stronger Party and Trade Union.
