Flexibility in experiential activities
Using familiar items like rice grains, chopsticks, or yogurt containers, Ms. Le Thi Duyen, the homeroom teacher of the kindergarten class 2 at Nam Thai Son Kindergarten in Hon Dat commune, has transformed outdoor lessons into exciting journeys of discovery for young children. In a lesson about rice plants, instead of just presenting information through pictures, Ms. Duyen organized various experiential activities such as observation, prediction, and conducting experiments with "magic rice grains." Cleverly integrated physical games allowed children to learn while playing, creating a lively atmosphere and fostering their initiative.

In the activity introducing the letters u and ư, Ms. Duyen continued to innovate her teaching methods by organizing fun competitions. The lesson combined music , visual aids, and technological applications such as AI videos and design software to create a lively atmosphere. Thanks to her flexible approach, children no longer felt the learning process was rigid but approached knowledge naturally. According to Ms. Duyen, preschool children learn best when they directly experience and interact with the material. Therefore, each lesson is carefully designed to stimulate curiosity, create opportunities for children to observe, think, and confidently express themselves. Each child has different learning abilities, so teachers must be flexible in organizing activities to keep children interested and actively participating.
Having dedicated 12 years to teaching, Ms. Duyen has always focused on innovating teaching methods, paying attention to developing life skills, communication abilities, and self-confidence in children. In the classroom, she regularly creates a warm and welcoming environment to encourage children to confidently exchange ideas, ask questions, and participate in group activities. Ms. Vu Thi Bich Hanh, a parent of a child in the kindergarten class 2, shared: “Ms. Duyen is dedicated and caring towards each child, regularly communicating with parents about the children's learning and activities. Thanks to Ms. Duyen's teaching, my child has learned many new life skills.” With her innovative teaching methods and dedication to children, Ms. Le Thi Duyen has twice been awarded the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level, including an outstanding rating in the 2025-2026 school year.
AI applications create enthusiasm for learning.
Driven by her love for the profession and a proactive approach to innovation, Ms. Vu Ngoc Mai, the homeroom teacher of the kindergarten class 3 at Hon Dat Town Kindergarten, Hon Dat Commune, brings many lively lessons through the application of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI). In the art activity themed "Making Cars," Ms. Mai designed a short AI-generated clip featuring a cheerful clown and eye-catching colors to introduce different types of cars. The lively moving images, along with small gifts, sparked curiosity and quickly engaged the children in the lesson. As a result, the children enthusiastically participated in drawing, cutting, pasting, and creating products according to their own ideas. Ms. Mai stated that applying technology makes lessons more engaging and lively, while also encouraging children's active participation. When children are interested, they confidently participate in activities and absorb the lesson more effectively.
