Attending the working session were Central Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Alternate Central Committee member, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province U Huan; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Tuy; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dinh Thi Hong Minh; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien; and leaders of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Van Nien requested the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology to improve the quality of Party building work. He emphasized strengthening political and ideological education, promoting the exemplary role and the spirit of daring to think and act of the leaders, strictly adhering to working regulations, maintaining internal unity, and enhancing the responsibility of each Party committee member.
Regarding professional tasks, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized the need to effectively implement Resolution 57 of the Politburo. He stressed that science , technology, innovation, and digital transformation are crucial drivers for rapid and sustainable development. He called for adhering to the "six clear principles": clear person - clear task - clear time - clear responsibility - clear product - clear authority in the implementation of tasks in 2026. He also called for promoting the integration and sharing of common data, applying specialized digital signatures, and placing citizens and businesses at the center of service. Furthermore, he emphasized investing in digital infrastructure, maintaining the effectiveness of digital platforms, and supporting businesses in protecting intellectual property for the province's distinctive products and OCOP (One Commune One Product) initiatives.
Over the past period, the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology has implemented many comprehensive solutions for the development of science, technology, and digital transformation in accordance with Resolution 57. Currently, 100% of agencies from the provincial to the commune level have connected to the dedicated data transmission network. The 5G coverage rate in the central area and key economic zones has reached over 90%, the rate of online application submissions has reached nearly 86%, and the rate of digitization of administrative procedure resolution results has reached nearly 82%. The entire province has nearly 1,500 Community Digital Technology Teams with more than 12,000 members.
