Inter Milan star threatens to beat up PSG fan for being teased.

Veteran defender Francesco Acerbi reacted angrily to a Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) fan after being taunted about their heavy defeat in the Champions League final.

The 0-5 defeat against PSG in Munich on June 1st was not only a huge shock for the "Nerazzurri" but also a painful personal moment for Acerbi, who was repeatedly outmaneuvered by striker Bradley Barcola's skillful maneuvers.

Acerbi was furious.

The incident recently occurred at a fan meet-and-greet event in Seattle, where both Inter and PSG were participating in the FIFA Club World Cup. A fan wearing a PSG shirt brought up Acerbi's embarrassing moment in the final, causing the 37-year-old player to lose his temper.

Despite the intervention of an interpreter who reminded him, "You have to be serious with him," Acerbi reacted sharply in Italian: "I'm serious. Don't mock me. I don't like it. I'm furious and I'm going to beat you to a pulp."

After his initial outburst, Acerbi quickly regained his composure and continued interacting with more respectful fans. However, this wasn't the first time the central defender had been involved in controversy in June. Earlier, Acerbi refused to join the Italian national team, accusing coach Luciano Spalletti of disrespecting him.

Acerbi shared on social media: “I demand respect. If the coaching staff doesn’t respect me, I won’t join. I won’t stay where I’m treated with disrespect.”

Following the incident, Acerbi was benched for Inter's hard-fought victory against Urawa Reds. He is expected to return for the crucial match against River Plate on June 26th.
