On the afternoon of March 20, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung chaired a meeting of the inspection team of the Politburo and the Secretariat to approve the draft report on inspection results with the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations.

Mr. Hung said that from now until the 11th Central Conference, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations will collect comments and complete the report and project to reorganize and streamline the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the central, provincial, and communal levels. These projects will be reported to the Politburo before March 25.

After receiving comments from the Politburo, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to complete and submit the report to the Central Executive Committee before April 1.

When the 11th Central Conference has an official conclusion, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Central organizations will advise the Politburo to issue a decision on the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Central Vietnam Fatherland Front. This work will be completed before April 25.

The reorganization of socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State to be under the Vietnam Fatherland Front must be completed before July 15. Party organizations under socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State must be reorganized in accordance with the new model after the reorganization, to be completed before June 30.

According to the Head of the Central Organizing Committee, the streamlining of the apparatus in the entire political system "is suitable to the country's development requirements and creates new development space in the coming time". He suggested that the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations coordinate with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to develop a propaganda project, providing full information, scientific , historical and practical bases for people to support the ongoing apparatus restructuring revolution.

In addition, the Front system needs to properly resolve policies and regimes, and do a good job of political and ideological work with cadres and civil servants during the reorganization process.

On February 28, the Politburo and the Secretariat requested the development of a project to reorganize and streamline the Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State (central, provincial, and communal levels) after the merger.

The Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations should study and develop a project and submit it to the Politburo on a general review of the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of affiliated agencies and organizations, especially press agencies, to manage in a unified and effective manner, in the direction of maximum streamlining, maintaining only truly necessary units.

The Politburo and Secretariat requested the rearrangement of socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and State to be directly under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to synchronize with the current Party organizational structure.
