The five prominent areas of the Fair include Hardware & Hand Tools, Gardening & Landscape Technology, Elevators & Parts, Sports & Bicycles and International Pavilion.
In addition, the accompanying event – Vietnam Supporting Industry Products Exhibition (VSIF) – will display Vietnamese supporting industry products, products serving supporting industry production with the aim of contributing to promoting supply capacity, while enhancing the self-reliance of the domestic mechanical industry.
In particular, VSIF 2023 will introduce two prominent pavilions: the Golden Brand Exhibition Area and the Key Products Area of Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to promote the image and characteristics of the city, focusing on developing the city's product brands in the domestic and international markets.
International pavilions are always the focus of attention at Vietnam Expo, and the upcoming Vietnam Expo 2023 is no exception. This year, there will be four national pavilions representing China (1,000m2), India (200m2), Korea (500m2), Belarus (250m2) and IPSC – Vietnam (200m2). Each country will showcase a range of specialised products and services, adding a unique global perspective to the event.
The Korean pavilion is known as the annual traditional exhibition area with a total area of 500m2 with 65 businesses in key industries such as beauty, consumer goods, household appliances, digital technology... These are all reputable businesses selected to participate by trade promotion centers of key economic regions of Korea.

According to preliminary statistics, in 2022, there will be about 850 direct trade transactions at the Fair. These transactions were quickly effective thanks in part to the pre-connection program from the organizers to the customer system, which are businesses that have worked with the Korean market (accounting for 75%) and new businesses, especially concentrated in Ho Chi Minh City.
At this exhibition, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Vietnam Private Sector Competitiveness Program (IPSC), will also support 20 small and growing Vietnamese enterprises to exhibit their products and services. These enterprises have received technical assistance through the Market Expansion and Growth Adaptation Program provided by the IPSC Project.
Through training activities, 1-1 consulting, business connections and support for participation in domestic and international exhibitions and fairs, IPSC's support programs aim to help small and growing businesses bring branded products to conquer international markets.

Each major sector will be accompanied by industry-specific events designed to enhance the experience for exhibitors and visitors to the Fair. Initiatives include industrial tours, DIY workshops, seminars and conferences, competitions and demonstrations. These events aim to provide valuable industry knowledge, foster creativity and encourage active participation, enriching the overall experience for all exhibitors.
