(DN)- On the evening of May 14, the Dong Nai swimming duo Vu Dang Nhat Nam and Nguyen Le Truyen Dat continued to shine, bringing home 1 gold medal and 1 silver medal in the men's 400m pair fin diving event at the 32nd SEA Games held in Cambodia.

In the men's 400m fin double, Vu Dang Nhat Nam won the gold medal with a time of 3 minutes 33 seconds 94, while his teammate Nguyen Le Truyen Dat won the silver medal. With this achievement, Nhat Nam broke the Asian and SEA Games records, while Truyen Dat also broke the SEA Games record.
This gold medal also helped Nhat Nam win a double gold medal (200m and 400m men's double fin) and 1 individual silver medal (100m men's double fin), 1 silver medal in mixed relay 4x100m double fin at SEA Games 32.
With 1 gold medal and 1 silver medal from Nhat Nam and Truyen Dat, Dong Nai athletes contributed 5 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal to Vietnamese sports in diving.
