According to European media, Wirtz is close to becoming Liverpool's record signing with a value of 150 million euros. The deal is expected to be completed in the next few days. Previously, Bayern Munich seemed to have the advantage in the Wirtz deal. However, the German club could not meet the transfer fee and salary for the player like Liverpool. Wirtz will become one of the highest-paid players in Liverpool's history, with a salary of up to 355,000 pounds/week, second only to Mohamed Salah (400,000 pounds/week).
