The team's leaders announced a replacement plan. Coach of U17 Hanoi , Mr. Pham Minh Duc, will take on the task of "rescuing" the Han River team.

Pham Minh Duc is a former national player. After retiring, he became a coach. In 2016, he was appointed as the head of Hanoi T&T, replacing coach Phan Thanh Hung.

However, after a series of poor results for the team with only 1 point after 4 matches, he resigned, handing over the position of head coach of Hanoi T&T to assistant Chu Dinh Nghiem.

Mr. Duc will go to Da Nang to take over the team in the last 3 rounds of phase 1 of V-League 2023. Coach Pham Minh Duc continues to use the existing force at SHB Da Nang.

As for coach Phan Thanh Hung, he is taking a break. He has been tired recently as he has not been able to help the team achieve good results. The team is at the bottom of the table with 5 points and has not won any matches after 10 rounds, only drawing and losing.

In round 11, SHB Da Nang hosted Becamex Binh Duong, an opponent 1 point ahead of them. It was no different from another 6-point match for the Han River team after they lost 1-5 on the field of Ho Chi Minh City Club in round 10.
