The 2024/25 National Football Super Cup - THACO Cup will be a big event with many highlights

In preparation for the 2024/25 National Football Super Cup - THACO Cup at Thien Truong Stadium between two clubs, Nam Dinh Green Steel and Hanoi Police, on the afternoon of August 1, at the headquarters of Tien Phong newspaper, a professional meeting took place between representatives of the Department of Culture & Sports of Ninh Binh province, Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF), Tien Phong Joint Stock Company and representatives of professional focal points and subcommittees under the Organizing Committee.

During the meeting, the parties discussed and agreed on coordination work as well as event schedule, including a press conference to introduce the 2024/25 National Football Super Cup - THACO Cup on August 5, a technical meeting before the match on August 8, the Opening Ceremony, the Super Cup match between Nam Dinh Green Steel and Hanoi Police and the Award Ceremony on the afternoon of August 9 at Thien Truong Stadium.

Preparations are also very focused, from ensuring the facilities of Thien Truong Stadium, including the stadium, stands, sound and lighting systems, electronic boards... to security, medical , traffic, logistics and communication information, decoration, ceremonies and celebrations.

The organizing committee met with the desire to create a successful Super Cup match that leaves a strong impression on fans.

The 2024/25 National Football Super Cup - THACO Cup is the pinnacle match of Vietnamese football, marking the opening of the new season. In addition, this is also an important event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).

Therefore, the Organizing Committee wishes to make a mark both in terms of expertise and organization and communication, turning the Super Cup into a great festival, inspiring and promoting patriotism and national pride. The 2024/25 National Football Super Cup - THACO Cup will not only feature football, but also include special art and performance programs.

As planned, the 2024/25 National Football Super Cup - THACO Cup will take place on the afternoon of August 9 at Thien Truong Stadium, with the participation of the 2024/25 LPBank V.League champion, Nam Dinh Green Steel, and the 2024/25 National Cup champion, Hanoi Police.
