The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion of Quang Nam Province reports on the contents to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council.

On the afternoon of April 16th, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan chaired a working session with the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and other relevant departments and agencies to hear reports on the implementation of several items expected to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council at its 31st session.

The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions reported on the implementation of three items expected to be presented at the 31st session, including: the Resolution amending some articles of the regulations attached to Resolution No. 23 dated July 20, 2022 of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council stipulating the principles, criteria, allocation norms of state budget capital and the ratio of counterpart capital from the local budget for the implementation of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Quang Nam province for the period 2021 - 2025; Resolution on Adjusting the Medium-Term Public Investment Capital Plan for the period 2021-2025 of the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas in Quang Nam Province, and Resolution on Amending Several Articles of Resolution No. 04 dated January 12, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the policy on supporting health insurance for ethnic minorities in Quang Nam Province for the period 2022-2025, specifically by supplementing the appendix of the Resolution and adjusting the total implementation budget to over 28 billion VND.

After listening to the discussions, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan instructed the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions to incorporate the feedback from the meeting, conduct a thorough review and comparison, and coordinate with the Department of Finance to finalize the plan regarding the principles, criteria, and allocation norms for capital before submitting it to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.
