In fact, some parents have lost a considerable amount of money to this new scam. Therefore, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training advises all parents not to respond to strange text messages or phone calls and comply with any requests.

Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has not issued any guidelines regarding tuition fee refunds as stipulated by the Politburo.
