On the morning of December 13th, the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Education and Training submitted a report to the Provincial People's Committee regarding the incident in which NTKN (a student in class 10A2, Luong The Vinh High School, Kbang commune) was assaulted by a group of students at the embankment of Dak Lop stream, Kbang commune.

According to the report, a conflict arose between N. and THQ (a student in class 8A1, Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School, Kbang commune) during their interaction on Facebook. Afterward, the two arranged to meet to resolve the issue.
Upon arriving at the meeting point, Q. and three classmates, THBN, NTLH, and TKH, assaulted N. Many students from Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School were present to watch the incident.
After the altercation, both sides talked, explained, apologized to each other, and made peace. Currently, N.'s health and mental state are stable.
The Gia Lai Provincial Department of Education and Training acknowledges that coordination between schools, families, and society in preventing school violence has not been effective. School counseling services have not been able to promptly guide students on emotional control and conflict resolution skills.
Specifically, student N. was absent from school for several days (from December 1st to December 9th), and the school tried to contact her multiple times without success. Afterward, her relatives posted a video of the incident on social media.
The schools involved are continuing to handle the students who violated the rules according to regulations.
