The male student in the clip is TNMĐ., and the female teacher in the clip is MQT (born in 2001), she is a contract Literature teacher.
A representative of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that the young teacher lacked experience in managing students, managing the classroom, and handling problems that arose in the classroom, leading to misunderstandings and affecting the school andthe education sector. Professional units worked with parents and students to discuss and make them see the incident as "lacking standards". " This was a spontaneous, impulsive action ," said Mr. Tuan.

The school temporarily suspended this female teacher from teaching for review and psychological stabilization.
