The male student in the video is TNMĐ, and the teacher in the video is MQT (born in 2001), who is a contract teacher of Literature.
A representative from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training stated that the young teacher lacked experience in managing students, the classroom, and handling classroom issues, leading to misunderstandings and negatively impacting the school and the education sector. Professional units have worked with parents and students, discussing the matter to help them understand that the incident "lacked professionalism." " This was a spontaneous, impulsive act ," Mr. Tuan said.

The school has temporarily suspended the female teacher from teaching duties for review and psychological stabilization.
For the student, the school also works with the family to help the child understand the issue.
"The student said that initially they only thought it was teasing the teacher and didn't think it would have any negative impact. The school will review the student's conduct according to regulations. The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has also issued documents requiring the preservation of the pedagogical environment and school culture, " a representative from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said.
