"Although the incident happened a few days ago, to stabilize the psychology of students taking the 10th grade entrance exam, the school decided to end the exam before starting to handle the situation. This was a brawl outside the school, 1 km away from the school, with participants who were not students of the school, " said Mr. Minh.

The school must visit and stabilize the psychology of the beaten student and grasp the student's health situation; urgently invite the student's parents and related students to the school to get information on June 8.

"The Department requires schools to discipline students according to the regulations and regulations on rewards and discipline of theeducation sector when there is an official conclusion from the authorities; promptly grasp the incident, have solutions to handle it, and remotely prevent the spread of clips on social networks," Mr. Minh emphasized.

Previously, according to a clip that was circulated online describing the incident that occurred at the Phuoc Thien resettlement area (about 1km from the school, Long Binh ward), two female students in grades 8 and 9 (wearing gym uniforms) of Hung Binh Secondary School were called out to an empty lot by female students in the school, in the same grade, to question them.

The clip shows a female student grabbing a 9th grader’s hair and repeatedly hitting her on the head and face. The student also tore off her classmate’s shirt and continued to hit her in the face and kick her in the stomach.

Next, another female student also rushed in, tore the shirt and hit the face of the student who had just been beaten, despite her pleas.

Then, a female student continued to attack an 8th grade student standing nearby.
