Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology received and worked with Son La Department of Science and Technology

On the morning of June 13, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) of Quang Ninh province welcomed and worked with the Department of Science and Technology of Son La province. The meeting took place to exchange experiences in building and developing an innovation ecosystem and managing scientific and technological development tasks in Quang Ninh province.

Attending the working session, on behalf of the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Ninh , there was comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department, along with leaders of the Department and representatives of departments and affiliated units. On behalf of the Department of Science and Technology of Son La, there was comrade Nguyen Duy Hoang - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Son La as Head of the delegation, along with leaders of departments and specialized units.

At the meeting, the two sides shared outstanding results in state management of science and technology. Exchanged experiences in managing science and technology tasks, especially research orientations associated with local practices and needs; Experience in implementing ownership transfer, management and use mechanisms for scientific research and technology development results, and equipment assets to perform science and technology tasks according to the provisions of Resolution No. 193/2025/QH15; Sharing models, methods of organizing and operating the innovation ecosystem (policy mechanisms, connection activities, investment support);... in research, application and technology transfer activities; breakthrough solutions to improve the efficiency of science and technology activities in the current context of integration.

The working session took place in an open, friendly and constructive atmosphere, promising to open up many new cooperation opportunities, contributing to promoting the socio -economic development of both provinces.
