Preliminary round of the photo contest "Beauty in labor"

This is the first time Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation has organized a photo contest about beautiful photos. female workers and civil servants. The contest aims to practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025); welcome the success of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, the Dong Nai Provincial Fatherland Front Congress, and the Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.

At the same time, strengthen propaganda and mobilize women to develop in all aspects, preserve cultural identity but constantly study to develop; this is an opportunity to exchange, learn, improve cultural and social knowledge, join hands to successfully implement the development goals and tasks of the province.

The contest attracted 71 grassroots trade unions from agencies, units and enterprises in the province to participate. Each participating unit selected up to 10 best photos to participate.

As requested, the contest photos must be of female workers, civil servants, and laborers in uniforms appropriate to the working environment at the unit or enterprise to honor the traditional beauty, diligence, and spirit of emulation in production labor. In particular, in the scoring criteria, the Organizing Committee requires that the photos must show natural beauty, charisma, the meaning of the story behind the photo, and the connection with the working environment.

The final ranking will be announced at the "Dong Nai Women - Confident Integration" Festival 2025, in the near future.
