Preliminary round of the "Beauty in Labor" photo contest.

(Dong Nai) - On the afternoon of October 8th, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Union, in coordination with the Dong Nai Provincial Association of Literature and Arts, organized a photo contest with the theme "Female workers and employees of Dong Nai - Beauty in labor".

This is the first time the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Union has organized a photo contest about beautiful pictures of...   The competition is for female workers and employees. It aims to practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025); and to celebrate the successful conclusion of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, the Dong Nai Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , and the Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

At the same time, it is important to strengthen propaganda and mobilization efforts to promote women's all-round development, preserving cultural identity while continuously learning and developing; it is also an opportunity to exchange, learn, and cultivate cultural and social knowledge, working together to successfully achieve the province's development goals and tasks.

The competition attracted 71 grassroots trade unions from agencies, units, and businesses in the province, with each participating unit selecting a maximum of 10 of their best photos to submit.

As requested, the submitted photos should depict female workers, employees, and laborers in attire appropriate to their work environment at their respective units or enterprises, aiming to honor traditional beauty, diligence, and a spirit of competitive labor and production. Specifically, in the judging criteria, the organizers require that the photos showcase natural beauty, charisma, the meaning behind the image, and a connection to the work environment.

The final ranking results will be announced at the "Dong Nai Women - Confidently Integrating" Festival in 2025, coming soon.
