The Department of Agriculture and Environment deploys the assignment of civil servants and public employees to support the implementation of tasks in the fields of agriculture and environment.

Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Official Dispatch No. 96-CV/TU dated August 1, 2025 and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 1430/UBND-NC dated August 15, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment issued a Decision to assign civil servants and public employees to work in communes, wards and special zones to support the implementation of tasks in the fields of agriculture and environment when implementing the 2-level local government model.

On September 12, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment held a conference to announce and present the Decision, disseminate, assign tasks, and encourage 09 civil servants and public employees assigned to the grassroots level. The conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung - Deputy Director of the Department, with the participation of leaders of the People's Committees of the receiving communes, wards, and special zones; leaders of departments and units under the Department with civil servants and public employees assigned to the secondment.

According to the Decision, the secondment period is 03 months, starting from September 16, 2025. The civil servants and public employees will directly support the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the following fields: land management, surveying and mapping, minerals, cultivation, animal husbandry - veterinary, irrigation, aquaculture and environmental protection.

Deploying civil servants and public employees to the grassroots level is an important and timely solution to increase resources and support commune, ward and special zone levels to successfully complete professional tasks; contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management in the fields of agriculture and environment, ensuring the smoothness and effectiveness of local governments at two levels.
