On the evening of November 21, at Kim Dong Walking Street, Thuc Phan Ward, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a series of events to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 2005 - November 23, 2025). The program created a rich cultural space, combined with displays, exhibitions and introductions of traditional products, attracting nearly 300 people and tourists.

The Center for Culture and Tourism Information displays and introduces brocade products and tourism publications.

The Provincial Library displays more than 250 books on Heritage, combined with a multimedia mobile library to expand access to knowledge for readers. The Provincial Museum introduces a photo exhibition "Introducing the cultural heritage of Cao Bang ethnic groups", reflecting the history, customs and unique traditional arts of the locality. The promotional space of the Cultural and Tourism Information Center displays brocade products, publications and prominent destinations, to promote the image of the homeland rich in identity and friendly to tourists.

The series of activities aims to honor and promote the unique cultural values ​​of ethnic groups, contributing to raising awareness of preserving traditional heritage. Creating opportunities to experience, research and learn about traditional culture; affirming the role of heritage in tourism and socio-cultural development. Thereby, contributing to preserving national identity, spreading heritage values, building Cao Bang into a unique, attractive and sustainable destination.
