Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1343/BYT-VPB1 dated August 27, 2025 of the Ministry of Health on ensuring medical work during the National Day holiday on September 2, Cao Bang Department of Health requests units to implement the following contents:
Assign 24/7 duty at 4 levels, including leadership, professional, administrative - logistics, security - self-defense, ensuring smooth information flow and readiness.
Ensure emergency care, medical examination and treatment, timely reception and handling of all emergency cases, not allowing patients to be refused or delayed. In cases beyond professional capacity, initial emergency care must be provided to stabilize the patient and family, and a clear explanation must be given before referral.
Prevent public health risks, ensure food safety and hygiene, warn of drowning and injuries at tourist areas and entertainment venues with high tourist concentrations.
Regularly provide emergency medical care, coordinate with functional forces to promptly respond to and handle traffic accidents and mass disasters (if any) in the locality.
When there are special developments (epidemics, disasters, accidents, mass poisonings, etc.), the unit must immediately report to the direct management agency and the Department of Health via the hotline and at the same time send a quick written report for timely direction.
Require units to enhance responsibility, be proactive, coordinate, ensure safety and health during the National Day holiday on September 2, 2025 for people.
Accordingly, the affiliated units have proactively assigned schedules for medical examination and treatment, and epidemic prevention. Arrange and organize the departments on duty according to regulations to handle continuous work, ensuring good health care for the people. In particular, assign officers and civil servants to handle sudden and unexpected work that may occur during the holidays, ensuring smooth operation when medical situations arise.
