The delegation included the Provincial General Hospital and the Center for Disease Control.

The delegation inspected and supervised the following contents: Legal documents, operating licenses; Scope of professional activities, human resources such as: labor contracts, continuous updating of medical knowledge, practice certificates/licenses for medical examination and treatment; Facilities and equipment: area, functional rooms, radiation safety, medical waste treatment system, medical equipment according to the registered list when granting the operating license; Professional activities including: medical examination and treatment, nursing, medical record management, prescription and use of electronic medical records, professional work in the laboratory, vaccination activities; Drug and pharmaceutical management activities; Financial work, service prices, etc.

Through inspection and supervision, it was shown that: In the first 6 months of 2025, the hospital examined over 54 thousand people, treated 980 outpatients, and treated 1,365 inpatients. Patients. The hospital basically implements and complies with legal regulations on medical examination and treatment, has a license to operate, decisions and supplements to the list of specialties approved by competent authorities according to regulations. Practitioners have practice certificates, licenses to practice medical examination and treatment, and pharmaceutical practice licenses in accordance with regulations approved by competent authorities; have a certificate of design approval for fire prevention and fighting... In addition, the delegation also pointed out the existing limitations of the hospital and guided the hospital on how to overcome them in accordance with current regulations.
