The 3rd International Hot Air Balloon Festival in 2024 in Tuyen Quang province with the participation of 22 international standard hot air balloons, piloted by experienced international pilots from many countries and territories, including: Spain, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam. The festival is held from April 27 to May 2.
