Early allocation of funds to support those who come to work at the administrative centers of the province and commune level

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document on the implementation of Resolution No. 02/2025/NQ-HDND, dated July 16, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on regulations on support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers coming to work at the provincial and commune administrative centers after reorganization in the province.

Specifically, heads of agencies, units, and chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards shall organize propaganda, dissemination, and dissemination of the full contents of the resolution; determine the distance from the permanent residence to the working agency of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to determine the level of support for travel expenses and housing rental; proactively arrange in the assigned budget for 2025 to promptly pay expenses to cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to ensure full coverage and no subjects are missed. At the same time, report funding needs to the Department of Finance for synthesis and advice to the Provincial People's Committee to supplement funding according to regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to guide agencies, units, communes and wards to establish funding needs to implement the payment of policies in accordance with regulations; advise the Provincial People's Committee to arrange funding for agencies, units and localities to implement, ensuring timely and correct payment of support funds. At the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee to report on the implementation results for the Provincial People's Council to monitor and supervise.

On July 16, the 10th Provincial People's Council passed Resolution No. 02/2025/NQ-HDND stipulating support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at the provincial and commune administrative centers after reorganization in Dak Lak province with a total implementation cost of 50.3 billion VND.
