Currently, the branch has 132 members, including 58 male members, 78 female members, and 9 members aged 90 to 99. Following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, the elderly in the group always live happily, healthily, and productively, setting a good example for their descendants. In particular, the members consistently encourage their children and grandchildren to adhere to the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws. They also actively participate in charitable and humanitarian work, as well as cultural, artistic, and sports activities in the locality. Every year, the families of the branch members meet the criteria for "Culturally Exemplary Family."
At the rally, members reviewed the traditions of International Day of Older Persons; and updated each other on the socio -economic development of Tich Luong ward, the province, and the country after the merger.
The members hope that the Ward's Senior Citizens Association will be quickly reorganized after the merger so that the association's work can have more practical activities.
