Planning for a healthy and happy year ahead, and returning to a stable work routine after the Lunar New Year, many people are starting to plan exercise routines to get back in shape, work more efficiently, and maintain a positive and cheerful spirit.

What do many people do to make the year full of laughter?
Make a detailed plan.
Many people plan for themselves. Ms. H. has a detailed plan: for breakfast, she still eats carbohydrates, but her carbohydrates might be a small sweet potato or a small ear of corn. She still eats fish, meat... and especially plenty of vegetables.
To lose 5kg in a year, Ms. H. set a goal of losing 1-3kg each month in February and March, and the rest would be evenly distributed throughout the following months. Thus, she only needed to lose 300g each month to reach her goal.
Ms. NTL (42 years old) has a detailed plan for the year, such as reducing meat consumption and increasing vegetable intake in February, focusing on getting deep, restful sleep in March, drinking enough water in April, practicing smiling more in May, and reducing sugar and salt intake in June...
Ms. L. said that recently she has noticed signs that her health needs more attention. In her younger years, she often set plans with financial and career goals, but now she realizes that her most valuable asset is her health.
Ms. L. believes that it's necessary to break down goals into smaller, more manageable steps. Being a highly disciplined person, Ms. L. is confident that she can achieve the plan she has set for herself.
Some women even plan to set their alarms one minute earlier each day, limit TV viewing to half an hour each day, restrict social media access to half an hour, carry a pedometer and walk for at least 20 minutes each day, create a weight chart to track their weight and waist measurements weekly, do a good deed to help someone, and participate in...
Women are not only concerned about physical health, but also about mental health, such as how to maintain an optimistic spirit, love life, and always be full of laughter... in order to achieve a state of holistic well-being.
Try to eat and sleep on time.
According to Ms. Tran Ngoc Luu Phuong, a lecturer at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine in Ho Chi Minh City, planning for a healthy and happy year like the one described above is very good. The important thing is how to maintain this plan consistently.
Each person only needs to spend about 90 minutes walking per week. Walking every other day, for 20-25 minutes each day, is already very good. In reality, many people buy treadmills for home use but after a short time, they put them under the covers, and their exercise plan is abandoned halfway through.
To maintain good mental health, Dr. Phuong advises eating and sleeping at regular times. These simple words are difficult to follow. Some people go to bed early one day and stay up late the next. Others eat early one day and late the next. According to Dr. Phuong, "regular" means that meal and sleep times can vary by about an hour. In addition, it's advisable to limit stimulants, alcohol, and other harmful substances.
Dr. Ngo Xuan Diep (Faculty of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City) said that many people have divided their annual goals into smaller goals such as plans for a month, a week, or a day, which is very good. Each person creating a plan needs to clearly understand their strengths and weaknesses, and anticipate difficulties that could easily impact their plans.
According to Dr. Diep, in order to implement the plan, one should keep a daily journal to understand oneself, develop strengths, and mitigate weaknesses…
