Implementing the Emulation Movement "The Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" in the period of 2020 - 2025, the Party Committee and the Division Commander have focused on leading and directing closely and comprehensively; the contents and targets of the Emulation Movement (PTTĐ) have been deployed and expanded throughout the Division, developing in depth and firmly, becoming a mass movement with active and regular activities with many rich contents and forms. Strictly maintain the order and regime of logistics work, build regular logistics agencies and units at all levels; actively take care of building a team of professional cadres and employees; promote good spirit, attitude and responsibility to both guide and direct units to complete logistics targets and tasks. At the same time, regularly do a good job of propagating andeducating the purpose, requirements, content, and targets, linking the implementation of PTTĐ with other emulation movements such as: "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers"; emulation movement to win; "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style"...

With the achievements, the Division always strives to promote the emulation movement in the whole unit. In the period of 2020-2025, the Division successfully carried out the work of ensuring regular logistics, ensuring logistics for training, combat readiness and emergency tasks with many outstanding achievements such as: Ensuring full standards of the regime, actively increasing production, improving the quality of meals for soldiers, maintaining an average healthy army of 98.7%. Organizing the groundbreaking ceremony for construction and repair of many works to ensure the living, studying and working of officers and soldiers to build a bright, green, clean and beautiful regular unit. Regularly organizing logistics competitions and sports events with diverse scales and forms, achieving practical results.

In addition, in the period of 2020-2025, the Division has received and quarantined nearly 2,000 citizens returning to the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic, participated in preventing, combating, and mitigating natural disasters, and helped people in Ha Trung district and Bim Son town respond to and overcome the consequences of storms, floods, and forest fires. The Division has proactively deployed and coordinated with local health agencies to effectively implement the combined military-civilian medical program in the locality where the unit is stationed. Over the past 5 years, it has examined and treated over 3,200 patients and provided free medicine to policy beneficiaries in Ha Long commune, Ha Giang commune, Ha Trung district, with a total of 420 people, worth 40 million VND.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Tran Dac Toan, Deputy Head of Logistics - Engineering, Corps 12 acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the results of the emulation movement "The Army's logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" in the period of 2020-2025 of the Division. With the new organization of a shortened Division with 1 regiment with enough troops in peacetime, to further promote the achievements and results in the coming time, the Deputy Head of Logistics - Engineering of the Corps requested the Party Committee and the command of Division 390 to thoroughly grasp the Command of logistics and engineering work of the Corps and Division, the direction of "One concentration - Three breakthroughs" and "Good year" of the emulation movement of the Logistics sector, making officers and soldiers grasp and understand clearly the tasks, emulation targets, strive to complete well the tasks of logistics work, emulation targets in 2025 and the following years.

Focus on in-depth investment in Logistics majors to effectively implement the breakthrough in improving the lives and health of soldiers with the goal of "3 delicious, 2 beautiful"; The emulation movement of the sectors must set out programs and goals and be specified in each unit. Build logistics agencies and units at all levels to be comprehensively strong, attach importance to the exemplary learning and following of Uncle Ho's example by cadres and party members for the masses to follow. Strengthen the discovery, construction, training, propaganda, and replication of advanced models in implementing "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style".
