(NLĐO) - The People's Committee of Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa province, is currently seeking public opinion on the 2025 land use plan, which requires 1,477 hectares to serve 157 projects.
The 2025 land use plan for Nha Trang City is based on the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning to 2030, with a vision to 2050, which has been approved by the Prime Minister .
Accordingly, the land use quota allocated in the approved provincial plan for the city is over 25,438 hectares; of which agricultural land is over 9,917 hectares (a decrease of 334 hectares), and non-agricultural land is over 8,788 hectares (an increase of 179 hectares) compared to the city's land use plan for 2024.
Regarding the overall land use needs, the summary report on the land use plan of the Nha Trang City People's Committee indicates that the total number of projects and works included in the 2025 land use plan comprises 157 projects with a total area of 1,477 hectares.
Nha Trang will utilize 1,477 hectares of land for 157 projects in 2025.
Specifically, 121 projects with an area of over 1,000 hectares were carried over from 2024 to 2025; and 36 new projects were registered with an area of 471 hectares.
In addition, among the 157 projects, 73 projects require land acquisition with an area of 1,201 hectares. There are 34 projects involving the conversion of land from rice cultivation and production forest land, with 78.04 hectares of rice land and 202.78 hectares of production forest land requiring conversion.
There are 45 projects/19.76 hectares included in the plan for auctioning land use rights, selling assets on the land, and transferring land use rights.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nha Trang City and the departments, agencies, and specialized bodies under the City People's Committee, the City Military Command, and the City Police Department provided written feedback.
The People's Committees of communes and wards publicly post the documents at their headquarters, send the documents to villages and residential areas, and distribute questionnaires to gather opinions from households and individuals representing the communes and wards.
The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for compiling the opinions of households and individuals representing the communes and wards, as well as local opinions, in writing and submitting them to the People's Committee of the city.
