The project investor is the Department of Construction (formerly the Department of Transport). The project's objective is to repair to ensure traffic safety, limit the increase in damage on some sections of National Highway 60, Ben Tre province; improve operating conditions and project life. The scale of repairing the roadbed, road surface and completing the traffic safety system section Km30+456 - Km33+000; Repairing the drainage system section Km31+918 - Km32+300, National Highway 60, Ben Tre province.
