Sunrise Riverside is bustling in early November with the handover of land use rights certificates, house ownership certificates, and certificates of ownership of assets attached to the land, to its residents.

Continuously from July 2024 to the present, Sunrise Riverside has handed over hundreds of land ownership certificates to residents. It is expected that from now until the third quarter of 2025, the project will complete the necessary paperwork and hand over approximately 3,000 land ownership certificates to residents according to schedule. Many residents have expressed their joy and appreciation for Novaland 's efforts in fulfilling its commitments and ensuring customer rights.
