On August 2, a clip of a technology taxi crashing into a brick wall of a house went viral on social media. Nearby, the technology taxi driver and a woman were arguing on the street; the driver was holding a knife. The police restrained the driver, took the knife away from him, and took him to the police station.


Through verification, it is known that the incident occurred on the evening of August 1, on Tran Thai Tong Street, Tan Son Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, while traveling on the road, a technology taxi drove onto the sidewalk and crashed into the brick fence of 2 adjacent houses. The incident did not cause any casualties. Due to frustration, people argued with the driver. The driver held a knife and threatened the people here.



Upon receiving the information, the ward police sent a task force to demand that the driver drop the weapon and rush in to control him and take him to the headquarters for clarification. The driver's identity has not been disclosed. Bricks and stones from the collapsed wall are still lying at the scene.
