Ingredient
- 4 pieces of pre-fried tofu
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of fresh milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 300g leftover rice
- Sausage, mixed vegetables
- 1/4 onion
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of broth
- 5g butter
Prepare:
- Briefly blanch the fried tofu in hot water, then split it in half.
- Cut the sausages into small slices, and chop the onion finely.
How to do it
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk and sugar, soak the tofu for 10 minutes, flipping it over so that both sides are evenly coated with egg.
- Place the sausages, vegetable mix, onions, tomato sauce, and butter in a bowl, then microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
- Mix with leftover rice, add salt and pepper, then microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides over low heat.
- Once the tofu has cooled slightly, fold the edges inward, stuff it with the rice mixture, and adjust the shape for a more appealing look.
