See the Yamaha Y15ZR SE motorbike for over 100 million in Vietnam?

If you are a die-hard fan of sporty manual transmission motorbikes, then you definitely cannot miss the name Yamaha Y15ZR SE 2025 - a special version that has just arrived in Vietnam.

The Yamaha Y15ZR SE 2025 special edition manual clutch motorbike has just been officially imported by a private distributor in Ho Chi Minh City and launched in the Vietnamese market. These are limited edition Y15ZR models, with only 2,000 units produced in Malaysia.

The Y15ZR is essentially the same as the Yamaha Exciter in Vietnam. The dimensions of this underbone manual clutch motorcycle are 1,960 x 670 x 1,080 mm in length x width x height, the distance between the 2 wheels is 1,290 mm and the dry weight is 115 kg.

The sporty, angular design of the Yamaha Y15ZR or Exciter 150 is always a detail that helps this model win the hearts of many young customers. The daytime running lights and turn signals are placed separately on the fairing, possessing a sharp design.

The main LED headlights. The front of the car has an additional aerodynamic windshield, this is an equipment only available in the limited edition SE. The front of the car has a neat design, the LCD clock cluster provides relatively good visibility.

The buttons and display modes of the car are not much different from the 135SE version that was offered in the Vietnamese market earlier this year. The car uses a mechanical key, not a smart electronic one.

The Yamaha Y15ZR SE body also has special black panels, both creating an aesthetic effect and contributing to increasing the aerodynamics of the limited edition underbone manual clutch model. The seat height at the driver's position is 780 mm.

The striped decal set is specially designed for the Yamaha Y15ZR SE 2025. The rear lights are LED, designed to match the tapered rear end. The turn signals are separate and integrated into the rear fender.

All 2 Yamaha Y15ZR SE rims are painted yellow, size 17 inches. The front wheel is equipped with a 245 mm diameter hydraulic disc brake. The rear tire is large with parameters 120/70-17. The rear wheel is also equipped with a 203 mm diameter hydraulic disc brake. The rear suspension is a monoshock.

Yamaha Y15ZR SE is equipped with a 4-stroke SOHC 4-valve engine with a capacity of 149.7 cc, liquid-cooled and comes with an electronic fuel injection system. The maximum capacity of the vehicle reaches 15.4 horsepower at 8,500 rpm, maximum torque of 13.8 Nm at 7,000 rpm.

The price of the 2025 Yamaha Y15ZR in Malaysia is priced at RM 8,000-9,000 (equivalent to USD 1,890-2,135 or approximately VND 50-55 million). The importer has not announced the price for the Yamaha Y15ZR SE, but said that only 25 units of this limited edition are available in Vietnam.

According to speculations from car enthusiasts, the selling price of the Yamaha Y15ZR SE in Vietnam could exceed 100 million VND due to its private import origin from Malaysia and the nature of the limited edition being distributed in small quantities.
