The above-mentioned documents and artifacts are from 15 private collectors inside and outside the province such as: An Giang, Ca Mau, Dak Lak, Binh Duong, Ninh Thuan, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City. The documents and artifacts are mainly original; quite rich and diverse in types.
Specifically, there are 35 historical artifacts; 277 national cultural artifacts; 13 artifacts from the period of building socialism; and 9 archaeological artifacts.
Documents and artifacts of national historical and cultural value, including many artifacts related to historical periods of Vietnam from Dong Son culture to the Ly, Tran, Le, Nguyen dynasties; typical cultures of ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands (Ma, Cham, Co Ho); Bien Hoa pottery, Lai Thieu pottery (Southeastern culture).
The donated artifacts are valuable assets, the heart and soul of collectors, meeting the criteria of being original artifacts; having historical, cultural and scientific value; ensuring aesthetic value, long-term use; suitable for the museum's display goals.
The artifacts have greatly contributed to supplementing the source of artifacts, completing the collections, enriching research, display, propaganda, promotion and education activities of heritage values; attracting domestic and foreign visitors to visit and enjoy at Dak Nong Museum.
