Strengthening propaganda activities to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee

(laichau.gov.vn) In order to promote propaganda activities about the meaning and importance of the glorious historical tradition of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee through 76 years of fighting, building and growing (October 10, 1949 - October 10, 2025); achievements and lessons learned after more than 20 years of separation and establishment of the province; affirming the great contributions of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to the development of the province, contributing to realizing the goal of building Lai Chau province to develop green, fast and sustainably, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission issued Instruction No. 07-HD/BTGDVTU, emphasizing:

I- CONTENT AND TIME OF PROPAGANDA

1. Content

- Focus on disseminating the historical context, the process of formation, construction and development of the province in the past historical period; emphasizing the significance and value of the achievements that the ethnic people of Lai Chau province have achieved after more than 20 years of separation and establishment of the province.

- Propagating the context and significance of the birth of Lai Chau Executive Committee, the predecessor of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee today; the process of leadership, direction, construction and development of the province in the 76 years of establishment of the Provincial Party Committee, especially after more than 20 years of separation and establishment of the province. Focus on highlighting the strong marks in the process of construction and development, the role of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and local organizations.

- Propaganda reflects the thoughts, feelings and emotions of generations of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees who have been working, living and contributing to their homeland Lai Chau; the wishes and expectations for a new and developed Lai Chau in the future.

- The province's achievements in the fields of politics , economy, culture, society, national defense, security and foreign affairs; Party building and political system work after more than 20 years of separation and establishment of the province; promoting the province's potential, advantages and development opportunities.

- Propaganda on the results of the Party Congresses at all levels; the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, especially the goals, tasks and solutions unanimously approved by the Congress. Strive to make Lai Chau a medium-developed province in the Northern midlands and mountainous region by 2030; and become a medium-sized province in the country by 2045.

- Propagating typical models, good and creative practices; typical advanced examples that have been commended and rewarded at the 6th Lai Chau Province Patriotic Emulation Congress, in order to create a widespread influence throughout society...

- Propaganda reflects the propaganda activities to celebrate the anniversary, patriotic emulation movements to achieve achievements to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee taking place at all levels, sectors, agencies and units.

2. Propaganda period: From October 1, 2025 to October 20, 2025, with strong propaganda from October 5 to October 10, 2025.

II- FORMS OF PROPAGANDA

1. Propaganda on mass media, electronic information portals, electronic information pages; on the internet, social networks (zalo, facebook, youtube, tiktok,...); journalistic publications, focusing on propaganda on social networking platforms with large interactions...

2. Oral propaganda through reporters at all levels, grassroots propagandists; history competitions...

3. Visual propaganda and agitation activities (banners, slogans, billboards, posters...).

4. Propaganda in regular meetings of Party cells; socio-political organizations; village, hamlet, and residential group meetings; integrated into art performances, mobile information, highland film screenings...
