The proposal clearly states that consumers are at the center of all policies, both as beneficiaries and as the driving force behind development. Protecting consumer rights is not only a legal task but also a crucial pillar in building a socialist-oriented market economy that is transparent, fair, and sustainable. Therefore, consumer protection activities will be implemented synchronously and uniformly from the central to local levels, ensuring clear responsibilities and authority for each level and sector.
The overall objective of the project is to improve the legal system, enhance the effectiveness of consumer protection, clearly identify key target groups and appropriate solutions; raise social awareness and mobilize the participation of economic actors. In addition, the project focuses on training human resources, designing tools and solutions using information technology so that consumers can protect their legitimate rights.
