In his opening remarks at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Pham Hong Thang emphasized: Political and ideological education for students and education communication are becoming increasingly important, especially for education management officials in wards and communes after the reorganization of local government into two levels.

Furthermore, many tasks in the education sector that were previously under the management responsibility of the provincial and district levels have now been transferred to the commune level. As a result, many officials are still confused in handling situations arising from practice. Therefore, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training request that each official sent to participate in the training seriously follow and absorb the knowledge, experience, and practical solutions from this conference to serve their actual management work at educational institutions and in their localities.
