Currently, Can Tho City has 26,100 hectares of fruit trees of all kinds, of which longan area reaches 2,608 hectares. Many enterprises have joined with cooperatives, cooperative groups and fruit farmers in the city to export longan products and many other types of fruit to many countries around the world , including demanding markets such as Japan, the United States, Australia, the EU, etc.
