Strengthening cooperation between the Courts in the border provinces of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos has many meanings and importance both legally and socially. Cooperation between the Courts helps to strengthen the prevention and handling of cross-border crimes such as smuggling, drug crimes and criminal offenses. This connection helps to ensure security and social order, creating a stable environment for border residents. Coordination between the Courts will facilitate the delivery of justice and judicial cooperation between the three countries. This includes assistance in the execution of judgments, helping to manage cases involving citizens or assets of other countries. Through the exchange of experience, knowledge and practices between the Courts, the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the judicial system in each country will be ensured. This will not only help to improve the work of adjudication but also enhance people's confidence in the legal system. A strong judicial system can encourage investment and trade between countries. When there is good cooperation between the Courts, investors will feel more secure when investing in border areas, which contributes to promoting regional economic development. Court cooperation is not only a legal issue but also contributes to promoting peaceful and friendly relations between Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Working together to handle legal issues will help build trust and long-term cooperation between the three countries. Strengthening cooperation helps people living in border areas have better access to judicial services. This is very important in protecting their legitimate rights and interests, especially in cross-border economic activities. Strengthening cooperation between the Courts will contribute to building a unified legal framework in ASEAN, promoting the implementation of regional and international commitments on human rights, the rule of law and justice. Cooperation between the Courts facilitates the resolution of legal disputes arising from trade and other activities in border areas, thereby contributing to stabilizing the lives of residents there.
