Effectively leveraging advantages in attracting investment.
According to Nguyen Van Thong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, 2025 is identified as a particularly important milestone, being both the final year of the 5-year socio-economic development plan (2021-2025) and the time to launch a series of strategic policies and decisions, creating a foundation for a new development phase (2026-2030). In particular, the implementation of the two-tiered local government model opens up new development opportunities for localities.

Tay Ninh boasts a favorable location, bordering Ho Chi Minh City, connecting the Southeast and Southwest regions of Vietnam, and sharing a long border with Cambodia, along with relatively well-developed infrastructure. Furthermore, with its vast reserves of clean industrial land readily available for lease, Tay Ninh is currently a preferred choice for many large businesses and corporations, meeting the stringent requirements of investors from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries.
The province has many sound and reasonable policies and strategies for attracting investment. Provincial and local leaders, along with departments and agencies, always stand alongside businesses, regularly meeting and engaging in dialogue to listen to their concerns and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles.
The province is striving to accelerate the construction of industrial park infrastructure, create clean land funds to stabilize industrial real estate prices, and support businesses; and to strengthen investment promotion both domestically and internationally in industrial parks, ensuring compliance with the province's annual action program and plan.
The Economic Zone Management Board and the departments, agencies, and localities in the province have closely coordinated and are ready to support and resolve difficulties, building trust for investors. As a result, Tay Ninh has become an attractive destination for investors, and its industrial parks are appealing to both domestic and foreign investors.
According to the Tay Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, the province has 59 industrial parks, with a total planned area of 16,800 hectares. Currently, the province has 32 industrial parks that meet the conditions for receiving investment with a planned area of over 9,473 hectares, of which the area of industrial land available for lease is nearly 7,000 hectares (nearly 5,000 hectares have already been leased); the area of clean land ready for lease is over 1,284 hectares; the occupancy rate of the 32 industrial parks reaches 72.35%.
From the beginning of the year to November 2025, industrial parks attracted 236 investment projects, including 162 FDI projects and 74 domestic projects with a total newly registered investment capital of over US$843 million and over VND 18,804 billion respectively; 143 FDI projects with adjusted investment capital totaling an increase of over US$570 million; and 32 domestic projects with adjusted investment capital totaling an increase of over VND 1,218 billion.
Thus, cumulatively from the establishment of industrial parks until November 2025, industrial parks in the area have attracted 2,571 projects (1,450 FDI projects and 1,121 domestic projects) with a total investment capital (new investment and capital increase) of nearly 18 billion USD and over 229,668 billion VND respectively.
Towards a green industry
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Thong, the province prioritizes the development of green industrial parks, smart industrial parks, and ecological industrial parks. This includes focusing on upgrading existing industrial parks to become smarter; and prioritizing the planning of new industrial parks that are modern, ecological, and green in nature.

The province is orienting its development towards green, smart, and ecological industrial zones, prioritizing the attraction of green, clean industries with modern, environmentally friendly equipment. In addition, industrial parks in the province have identified green industry as a strategic direction, accelerating development and aiming to build a stable investment environment that meets high quality standards and sustainable development requirements.
According to representatives of Phu An Thanh Industrial Park (Ben Luc commune), the park currently covers an area of over 352 hectares, with an occupancy rate of approximately 60-80%. Throughout the investment process, the unit has always received support, cooperation, and favorable conditions from relevant agencies and local authorities.
In this regard, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board has promptly grasped the situation and created favorable conditions for operations as well as attracting investment into the industrial park. Looking ahead, the unit prioritizes attracting green, clean, and technologically advanced projects.
Recently, the New Era Cold Storage facility was inaugurated in the industrial park. This is one of the largest automated, smart cold storage facilities in Southeast Asia with a capacity of 110,000 pallets, providing comprehensive financial and logistics solutions for import and export businesses.
This is also the first digital cold storage bonded warehouse approved by the Customs Department for implementation, helping to provide fast, convenient, and cost-effective bonded warehouse services right on-site. New Era Cold Storage has demonstrated the prowess of a pioneering enterprise in applying digital technology to operations, providing multi-service logistics according to international standards, and especially developing the first digital cold storage bonded warehouse solutions in Tay Ninh province in particular and Vietnam in general.
According to Truong Ngoc Minh, Director of the Business Department of Idico Corporation (the investor of Huu Thanh Industrial Park, Duc Hoa commune): "Currently, the industrial park covers more than 524 hectares, with about 40% occupancy. We continue to coordinate with provincial departments to attract investment through specific solutions in line with our strategic business orientation. In the future, the industrial park will continue to prioritize attracting industries with high added value, environmentally friendly practices, and those that make a practical contribution to the economic growth and social life of the province."
Mr. Nguyen Van Thong informed: Currently, attracting investment into industrial parks in the province still faces some difficulties and limitations. In the coming time, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board will continue to coordinate with provincial units and industrial park infrastructure investors to implement effective measures and solutions to attract investment. The priority sectors for investment attraction are high-tech, environmentally friendly industries, and projects in fields such as high-tech and advanced processing and manufacturing industries, supporting industries, logistics and other modern services, high-tech industrial production, and smart industries.
In addition, it is necessary to effectively coordinate the inspection and review of the occupancy rate of industrial parks, update the progress of investment and construction, the investment attraction situation of industrial parks, and ensure the deposit for investment project implementation is carried out in accordance with the law; proactively coordinate closely with departments, localities, and businesses to focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles in land clearance, environment, investment, construction, labor management, and business management; strengthen investment promotion to attract investment and improve the operational efficiency of industrial parks in accordance with the province's orientation;...
