Hundreds more Tet flights from Ho Chi Minh City to other provinces and cities

(NLĐO) - Vietnamese airlines have added 586 more flights during the period from January 17 to February 12, 2025.


Following the continued allocation of slots by the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority, compared to the previous week (January 10th), Vietnamese airlines have added 586 flights, increasing the number of seats offered by approximately 134,800 during the period from January 17th to February 12th.

At Tan Son Nhat airport, the Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route saw an increase of 90 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi route increased by 89 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang route increased by 24 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Thanh Hoa route increased by 22 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Hue route increased by 23 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh route increased by 24 flights, and the Hai Phong - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 43 flights… compared to the previous week.

The list of additional flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to other localities and vice versa during the Lunar New Year 2025 holiday, compared to the previous week (updated January 17th), is as follows:

The Da Nang - Hanoi route has seen an increase of 19 trips, providing an additional 4,630 seats.

The Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh City route will have 18 additional trips, increasing the available capacity by 4,710 seats.

The Da Lat - Ho Chi Minh City route will have 4 additional trips, increasing the available capacity by 720 seats.

The Da Lat - Hanoi route has increased by 12 trips, providing a capacity of 2,726 seats.

The Hanoi - Da Nang route will have an additional 20 trips, providing a capacity of 4,870 seats.

The Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route will have an increase of 90 trips, providing a capacity of 25,696 seats.

The Hanoi - Can Tho route will have 8 additional trips with a capacity of 1,790 seats.

The Can Tho - Hanoi route will have 8 additional trips with a capacity of 1,790 seats.

The Hai Phong - Ho Chi Minh City route has seen an increase of 43 trips, providing a capacity of 9,030 seats.

The Hue - Ho Chi Minh City route will have an additional 22 trips, providing a capacity of 4,790 seats.

The Hue - Hanoi route will have 6 additional trips with a capacity of 1,890 seats.

The Phu Quoc - Ho Chi Minh City route has increased by 16 trips, providing a capacity of 3,497 seats.

The Pleiku - Ho Chi Minh City route will have 10 additional trips with a capacity of 2,070 seats.

The Pleiku - Hanoi route will have 4 additional trips with a capacity of 1,280 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang route will have 6 additional trips with a capacity of 1,320 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang route will have an additional 24 trips, providing a capacity of 4,830 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi route will have an increase of 89 trips, providing a capacity of 21,864 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Hue route will have an additional 23 trips, providing a capacity of 5,250 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Pleiku route will have 6 additional trips with a capacity of 1,180 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Tuy Hoa route will have 2 additional trips with a capacity of 450 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Thanh Hoa route will have an additional 22 trips, providing a capacity of 4,500 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Quy Nhon route will have 5 additional trips with a capacity of 822 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Chu Lai route will have 10 additional trips with a capacity of 1,800 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Hai Phong route has seen an increase of 22 trips, providing a capacity of 4,450 seats.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh route will have an additional 24 trips, providing a capacity of 4,540 seats.

The Tuy Hoa - Ho Chi Minh City route will have 3 additional trips with a capacity of 630 seats.

The Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City route has increased by 4 trips, bringing the total service capacity to 1,190 trips.

The Thanh Hoa - Ho Chi Minh City route will have 14 additional trips with a capacity of 3,260 seats.

The Quy Nhon - Ho Chi Minh City route has increased by 11 trips, providing a capacity of 1,956 seats.

The Chu Lai - Ho Chi Minh City route has increased by 16 trips, providing a capacity of 2,880 seats.

The Vinh-Ho Chi Minh City route will have an additional 26 trips, providing a capacity of 4,460 seats.

Previously, as of January 10th, Vietnamese airlines had added 522 flights, equivalent to an increase of approximately 133,000 seats on domestic routes, focusing on routes from Ho Chi Minh City to central provinces during the period from January 22nd to February 8th, 2025.
