(laichau.gov.vn) This morning (August 2), Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Academy of Construction Staff Training Strategy (Ministry of Construction) to organize a Training Conference to guide the division of authority for construction management according to the 2-level local government model. The training conference was organized in person combined with online connection to the bridge points of communes and wards in the province.

Speaking at the training conference, Comrade Giang A Tinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Implementing the 2-level local government, currently the legal documents on the construction sector have been changed to suit the 2-level local government. He suggested that each cadre and civil servant assigned to the task should actively grasp the legal knowledge, legal basis, principles, decentralization content and advisory skills to advise the local government in the construction sector to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law, serving the people and businesses.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the lecturers to present clearly and concisely the decentralization, delegation of authority, and division of authority in the construction sector; share experiences and skills in handling issues related to the construction sector.
