Training in digital skills and exploitation and use of information systems serving two-level government

From July 19 to 20, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training course on digital skills and exploitation and use of information systems serving two-level government for 80 trainees who are civil servants directly performing the task of receiving and processing administrative procedures (TTHC) at the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province.

At the training course, trainees were informed about the following contents: Basic digital knowledge and skills in implementing digital transformation, skills in using digital signatures in public service activities, skills in exploiting and using shared information systems of the province such as: Document management and operation system, information system for handling administrative procedures.

Thereby raising awareness, knowledge and digital skills for cadres, civil servants and public employees; enhancing the ability to apply information technology, exploit and effectively use information systems to serve management, operation and settlement of administrative procedures; contributing to meeting the requirements of streamlining the government apparatus according to the 2-level model, serving people and businesses better and better.
