More than 100 officials and civil servants of Coc Pang, Khanh Xuan and Thong Nong communes were trained in digital skills.

From September 17-19, the Department of Science and Technology of Cao Bang province organized 03 training courses on digital skills, exploiting and using information systems to serve the two-level government for more than 100 officials and civil servants of Coc Pang, Khanh Xuan and Thong Nong communes.

Training content focuses on knowledge and skills in managing and storing digital data for work; communication and cooperation in a digital environment; digital content creation; searching and filtering information on search engines; exploiting and using information systems serving two-level government; VNPT -ioffice document management and operation system ; knowledge and skills in using and providing online public services for officials and civil servants; ensuring safety when using computers and protecting data.

Through training, it helps the team of commune-level officials and civil servants grasp and properly implement the process of handling work records; easily look up, connect data, quickly resolve procedures, keep up with the digital transformation trend, and improve the efficiency of serving people right from the grassroots level.
