Attending the Congress were: Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long; Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung; Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam; representatives of leaders from several central and local departments, ministries and agencies; leaders of units under the Ministry, along with more than 300 delegates who are outstanding examples in various fields of work.

According to Meritorious Artist Quynh Trang, Director of the Vietnam Contemporary Art Theatre: "Being entrusted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the task of organizing an art program for the National Emulation Congress is a great honor for the Vietnam Contemporary Art Theatre. This is a major political and cultural event, honoring outstanding individuals and groups throughout the industry. Therefore, we consider this not simply a performance, but an opportunity to convey a message about the spirit of patriotic emulation, the aspiration for creativity, and dedication to the development of culture, sports, and tourism in the new era."

The art program featured many captivating performances such as: Emulating Uncle Ho's teachings; Aspiration; Belief in victory; A new Vietnam; A vast new path;… Each song carried an inspiring meaning about a noble way of life, promoting the spirit of patriotic emulation in every Vietnamese citizen, encouraging people to live life to the fullest, have ideals, love life, and contribute to society.

The script is designed with a tight emotional flow, in which the emphasis is on combining traditional values with modern stage design, to be both solemn and captivating, in line with the patriotic spirit of today's era," Meritorious Artist Quynh Trang further shared.
The performance "A Vast New Path" - Composed by Ho Trong Tuan - Choreographed by Meritorious Artist Vu Duong - Performed by the Hope Choir & Dance Troupe, and the Contemporary Dance Troupe, concluded the 4th National Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (2025 - 2030).
Within the framework of the Congress, the exhibition "Some images of the patriotic emulation movement and exemplary advanced models of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the period 2020 - 2025" was displayed in the lobby of the Hanoi Grand Opera House. The exhibition aims to evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movements since the 3rd National Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the theme "Unity, creativity, emulation in building and defending the Fatherland"; contributing to the implementation of political tasks and socio-cultural development. In addition, the achievements of emulation movements and the honoring of outstanding collectives and individuals in the state management field of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, awarded the titles of "National Emulation Soldier," "Ministry-level Emulation Soldier," and exemplary advanced models, aim to create motivation for the successful implementation of the Ministry's political tasks, thereby arousing and promoting the strength of national unity and creating momentum for the successful fulfillment of the Ministry's tasks.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, and other leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism visited the exhibition.
The exhibition content includes four parts:
Part 1: President Ho Chi Minh and the patriotic emulation movement
Part 2: Some images of the patriotic emulation movement launched by the Government.
Part 3: Some images of the patriotic emulation movement activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism during the period 2020-2025.
Part 4: Outstanding collectives and individuals of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the period 2020 - 2025
Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, along with leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, delegates, and athletes, visited the exhibition.
The exhibition will take place on September 25, 2025, in the lobby of the Hanoi Opera House.
