Meeting of the Provincial Council for Evaluation and Acceptance of the Project "Research and preservation of heritage values ​​in Cao Bang related to Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong"

On September 22, the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) held a meeting of the Provincial Advisory Council to evaluate and accept the project "Research and preservation of heritage values ​​in Cao Bang related to Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong" chaired by the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Cao Bang province. During 36 months, the host unit completed 6 main contents including: Land of people from ancient times Cao Bang; Research and study on Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong; Overview of research by domestic and foreign scholars on Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong; On the process of unifying Hung - Thuc and the resistance war against the invading Qin army; Explanation of the construction of the diagram; Evaluation of the role of Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong and orientation for preserving and promoting the value of heritages. The main products of the topic include: 19 thematic reports; 03 diagrams; intermediate products include: reports on investigation and survey results, conference proceedings, collected documents, translated documents, photo collections; 02 articles published in newspapers and magazines. The topic has comprehensively researched Thuc Phan - An Duong Vuong, historical origins, legends of remaining artifacts and relics.

At the meeting, the council members highly appreciated the host agency for its enthusiasm and responsibility. Although the project leader and the main members are old, they are very dedicated and make efforts to overcome difficulties, ensuring the completion time according to the plan, with many contents exceeding the targets compared to the proposed explanation. However, in addition to the achieved results, the council members suggested that the implementing unit should supplement and clarify some contents such as: Unifying the content of the topic, layout, presentation of documents; adding more content to assess the current status of heritage; heritage conservation needs to be more specific.

After discussion, the Council scored the topic 91.57 points, achieving Excellent./.
