Entering a new working week, the National Assembly considered a series of important contents, including mechanisms and policies to make breakthroughs in education and training development; and to protect, care for and improve people's health.
This morning (November 17), at the 10th Session, the Government will submit a draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development and a draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to effectively implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health.
The National Assembly agency reported on the examination of the two draft resolutions before the delegates discussed these contents in groups, in the same morning.
In addition, today, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the draft Law on National Reserves (amended); discuss in the hall the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; and the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records.

A series of other draft laws will also be discussed by National Assembly deputies during the working week, such as: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; Draft Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; Law on High Technology (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; Law on Bankruptcy (amended).
In particular, the National Assembly spent the whole day of November 20 discussing the draft laws: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended) and the Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development.
The Minister of Education and Training will explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
The Artificial Intelligence Law Project was also submitted by the Government and discussed by the National Assembly this week.
In addition, there are draft Resolutions of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law; Resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to improve the effectiveness of international integration; Draft Resolutions of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law.
In addition, the National Assembly discussed the investment policy for the Gia Binh International Airport construction investment project.
