At the ceremony, Comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan - Vice President and delegates offered flowers, gifts, and incense to pay respect to President Ho Chi Minh.

The members of the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and deep respect for the great thoughts and extremely noble life of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the Vietnamese revolution. He devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and fought for the cause of peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and humanity.
